Customer Invoices

As a valued customer of National Electric, we want to inform you of a transition that we made to our business operating system. This transition occurred the weekend of 11/1/2019.

Please note that your invoice and statement access with the BillTrust website has changed. All invoices and statements prior to November 1, 2019 are viewed in one section and all new transactions are viewed on a different site. Both links to old and new invoices are below:

The first time you access invoices on, you will need to register an account. During account set-up, please use the following information to correctly create your account in Billtrust: billing account number, billing zip code, and email address.
